our friend carrie hosted a cocktail party last night just so she could have an opportunity to wear a fantastic dress she bought recently. talk about innovative! i (being w/o home and thus w/o my stuff in storage) had nothing to wear except some new underwear and earrings...
was fun chatting w/friends i hadn't seen yet since returning and find out what they've been up to. lots of people there including some really cute chicas (L to R): terra, chubby, may, jen, jenny, eleni.unfortunately all that fun has made me uber sleepy today. got up at 6:30am yesterday, went to bed at 5:30am today, and got up again at 10:30am to go back to the office. you should see me now - i look like hell. and rather than attempting to look pretty today, my unshowered, scrubby self has wisely opted for pigtails and sweatpants instead...
