shortly after my assignment ended here in atlanta, i went to one last braves game w/friend laird. lots of fun drinking budweiser and eating peanuts, even tho the braves lost to the mets.(for the record, i'm a die-hard twins fan, and would never root for the braves. i do cheer for the cubs tho cuz i like them and they don't play the twins...)
one thing that i had never noticed before this game was how they count the strikeouts. they post a big "K" to signify each one.why is that?
in this particular game there ended up being 5 strikeouts in total, but for the longest time there were only 3. it looks disturbing when everyone is proud of the "KKK" posted on the board and you happen to be in the south...
