if you're wanting to bake sticky buns during the wk, don't start at 10pm on a wed night.the 1st rise takes 2 hrs, and the 2nd takes another hr or so.
and then there's the assembly inbetween.but if you do decide to make them from scratch, they are SOOOOO worth it.
and if the cute IT guy gets to eat some, he might share some of his homemade lemon pudding cake with you.
