was in krogers tnite looking for some wine (cuz liquor stores are few and far btwn), and came across mini bottles of wine: enough for 3 glasses and in convenient unbreakable containers.why is it every other juice company out there seems to have benefited from aseptic flexible packaging, and the booze industry is just getting around to it???
today's discovery brought me back to new year's eve where i discovered adult sippy cups. andrew and i were sitting at the bar, polishing off some yummy champagne and in search for more. the bar was out, so instead they offered some sophia coppola sparkling wine. this thing was ridiculous! it even came w/its own plastic straw (cuz apparently drinking wine directly from a can is uncouth).was it good? god no! but there's something to be said about the idea. if i could get wine by the glass all the time, then i wouldn't need the vacuum pump set E + M got me for xmas so i'd stop finishing the entire bottle...
