FINALLY!
i made it! after landing in zurich, i took a train and taxi to get to the town of st. gallen, a small smidge in swiss-german-speaking territory. uber cute town so i'm kinda sad i arrived too late to enjoy any of it.(if you ever get here, i recommend doing it early enough to see the cathedral and the abbey library.)
one thing here i did get to enjoy is the hotel (or at least enjoy it btwn the hours of 11pm and 6am each night). the room might be most modern room i've ever been in. my closet lights up when i open it; my alarm clock is a feature on the TV; and all the lights automatically turn off when i leave the room. my only complaint is the rooms don't have wireless!time permitting, will try to post something more exciting than my hotel room tmrw...

I think I saw a tv show like that once where the room was super smart. Except in that case it was a house and you had to feed it human flesh otherwise the bed would eat you at night.
But I'm sure your room is nothing like that, being that the flesh eating house market has gone considerably down.
LOL! i think if you like kimchi, you're an exception to the room-eating-people rule. nobody but koreans and little filipino girls like to eat spicy stinky stuff...
