as the news junkie i am, i've been pretty turned off by all things news lately. and considering my news is primarily derived from public radio and certain online sources, you know it's gotta be BAD if i'm avoiding news coverage.
for example:
1. paris coverage bumped REAL news
2. beer is suddenly an emergency supply
3. doggies have nursing homes
wow. humanity really has gone downhill.
