Apt Hunting -- Day 1

after snowy traffic, flight delays, and many hours w/o lunch, i finally made it to atlanta. weather is suppose to be mid-60s to 70F all wk, which totally beats the beastly weather i just left. saw a few of places today, but none worthwhile. so rather than moping in my hotel room, i made my way to hand in hand, a little pub in virginia-highlands. this was my 2nd visit; the 1st being in april w/some cohorts. this time i met bartender ryan, who recommends checking out apts in grant park on the SE side of town. in addition to the cheeseburger, chips, and beer, he also mixed me up 2 baileys + hot chocolates (YUM!) and only charged me $10. $10! and i didn't even have to flash him boob. how sweet is that??? (he must've seen how bad of a day i was having.) and if it couldn't get any better, they have high speed wireless here. i may just have to move in...
