after brunch w/jeff and valerie, i left mpls in snowy weather. the road was OK, but the blowing snow made for whiteout moments when semi-trucks passed by...apparently MN has had snow every wknd but 1 since thanksgiving, which makes it obvious why roofs would be collapsing! fortunately mom and dad's house is still standing...
