i was just about to dive into my lunch when the fire alarm went off.i don't even think there was a fire. the fire station is 1/2 a block from my building and it took 10 mins for the truck to arrive. or maybe that's just cuz we're in the south and everything is slow down here...
i think somebody just burnt their popcorn and refused to claim it. whatever the cause, i was forced to starve another 30 mins more while we waited for the all clear. next time i have to evacuate, i'm bringing my lunch w/me.
