it's done. and thank god too cuz this time it hurt like a bitch. i think it hurt worse than last time for 2 reasons:
1. people tend to suppress painful memories and my last shot was 7 months ago, and
2. the DR stopped warning me after the 1st needle went in so every stab after that was a surprise and i tensed up.
he also told me i would not be running or walking in any 5ks this wknd, so if anyone wants to run for me sunday AM, let me know...
