in just under 2 wks, i get to go thru it all over again.
my first one was only 7 mos ago. i was kinda hoping it would've been the last. the idea of repeatedly shoving a needle into my spinal nerve root is not exactly how i like to spend my friday afternoons...
and yes, i learned my lesson from the first time around: after this shot i WILL lay in bed for the rest of the day per DR's orders (and hopefully that works too cuz i'm running a 5k 2 days later).
if anyone would like to come over and entertain me while i'm down, please let me know! my TV's still not plugged in, but i might cave and let you do it since i'll be temporarily paralyzed.
