saturday was homecoming at the UofM and lots of undergrad friends came back for a visit. jeff and mark drove in from WI, and brenna flew in from MI (which, btw, was her ONLY free wknd btwn now and x-mas, and she chose to spend it w/us. ROCK STAR!).
funny how homecoming makes everyone a freshman again. there was screaming, drinking, climbing onto floats (i briefly hopped on a truck), and of course, making fun of EVERYTHING. there was even smashing: one of the fraternities was raising money for an AWESOME organization, feed my starving children, by letting people take a few swings at a car. heartwarming AND entertaining!
following the parade, we spent the rest of our time before the football game getting a few drinks...$255 later, we were finally ready to go...
can't wait til next year!
