Dinosaurs!

went back to chicago for another visit the wknd of feb 19th, and todd and i spent one afternoon at the field museum.

despite MANY trips to chicago in the past, i had never been there before.

and who wouldn't want to go see a building full of dinosaurs?!in addition to the dinosaurs, we walked thru the diamond exhibit. security was VERY tight w/a ridiculously sensitive alarm system so no pictures to share.

i'm not into shiny, sparkly rocks like todd, but i was very impressed by some of the pieces they had in there. my fav was "bird on a rock" (enter the exhibit web site to see it). it's one hell of ROCK!
