Catching Up Slowly

it's been nutty. i leave tmrw for some board mtgs in NY, and i'm so ready NOT to look at this stuff anymore.

and to make it even better, i'm staying in NY over the wknd and NOT working at all!

so til i get back, here's some of the random stuff that's happened over the last wk or so. nothing terribly exciting (except the scarf!).

last wk i watched games w/ted and aaron. at first it seemed that when i watched my teams w/ted, they won; and when i watched w/aaron, they lost. so i had decided for a short while to only watch w/ted, but as it turns out, my teams win and lose depending on how well their defense is playing that day so i'm no longer hanging out w/either of them (at least not til after i get thru these mtgs this wk)...

(PS - ted would kill me if he knew i posted this pic!. he's watching the game on the tv behind me so it's kinda at a funny angle. shh, don't tell.)

i saw aaron's office and lab one night before dinner. i've decided he's a slob and so is everyone else he works with...

i made a field trip in the middle of the workday to sublime, which is on the other side of town. it was that kind of day...

and i finished my scarf tnite! i needed a break so i started knitting, and before i knew it i was done. i suck at weaving and binding off (you can tell i made it a little tight), but it's the first thing i've accomplished in a long time that makes me feel good so i don't care. thank you jl for teaching me!
