(melissa - you can probably cancel that hair appt for the wedding. i dunno if i'll have any hair by then to do.)
and i WAS planning on growing it out so i could donate it again. i've been pulling on it daily since march's chop hoping it would grow that much more. so when i paid phillip a visit this afternoon i had every intention of getting just a trim and MAYBE some spikey bangs...
but then we got to talking about how we first met a decade ago when i was looking for new stylist. our 1st encounter entailed 45 mins of intros, dirty jokes, and him chopping my mid-back length hair to about 3 inches.
ah, the memories...
the reminiscing of that particular day went on for a bit, and then next thing i knew it was snip, snip, CHOP, CHOP.
the only bummers are that it's now going to take FOREVER to grow out my hair again and i can't wear ponytails. still, i find solace knowing that it was not done under emotional distress or w/2 babies in tow...
