half the park is science/futuristic; the other half is divided into mini-countries.
we started out w/the rides, including the one inside the big silver ball.
how funny is that?
the ride spins like crazy and uses centrifugal force to push you back against your seat so it kinda feels like you're floating.
the concept was cool, but it wasn't my favorite. something about going on it after lunch made me a little queasy...
isn't he cute?
todd was in luv w/this one.
i think she luved him back.
with somberos that give bunny ears...
(if only i had a job and the desire to lug stuff back!)
(top to bottom, L to R: me in the obligatory epcot picture; todd and me in our "future"; desert farming; baby aligators; lettuce in one of the greenhouses; astronaut todd; france pavilion; yummy sandwich; todd and his mac-n-cheese; remy; uk pavilion; china pavilion; mexico; drinking wine at the italy pavilion; morocco pavilion; model trains at germany pavilion; japan pavilion; todd and his new ducky friend; me, donald, and todd outside the mexico pavilion; pretty moroccan plate; handmade mexican gifts; todd and me at a traditional moroccan fountain, which a moroccan couple we met said looked just like home)
