Whitney, Is That You?

well hello there...

i know i've been missing for a month now, but i have a good excuse: work is crazy.

(and you'd think it would be slowing down now that i have a replacement, but nooooooooo... as it turns out, incompetency follows the intolerant and makes us work twice as hard. almost makes me wish i was the tolerant type, but who wants to put up w/stupid people???)

so here we are now in the first part of april. march flew by w/travel, work, birthday, and more work. april is now going to fly by w/work, travel, and even more work.

but alas! the end is in sight!

my assignment ends may 31, but my last day of work will be may 14 cuz i have 2 wks of vac i need to burn. so that means only 6 more wks of killing myself w/work before i can relax and enjoy the temporary relief of unemployment...

(and i say temporary cuz we all know that i'll go crazy w/o something to do or work to complain about.)

in the meantime, i leave you w/this. it brings me great joy imagining whitney is projecting herself thru a pre-pubescent taiwanese dude w/a serious little-boy-face-framing hair cut! pretty sure mom gave erick one of those when he was younger...

will try to write from nairobi next wk!
