jenny and i spent sunday w/her cousins at the mn state fair. needless to say, this involved eating a lot of crap w/ridiculous names that's not good for you.
for example, these pastry puff sausages were called twisted sisters. we decided they were better named uncircumcised penises.
the big new food this year was chocolate covered pig lickers, aka chocolate covered bacon. and yes, we tried them. i thot they tasted like baco bits: not horrific, but still pretty gross.
jenny felt differently...
we didn't spend all our time eating tho! inbetween corn dogs and french fries, we also watched jenny's cousin brandon sing opera (he's studying at the UofM).
and we looked at some animals. went thru both the poultry and horse barns. this 'champion old male' (that was the name on the cage) was hilarious cuz it kept dozing off. it was THAT old...
we even checked out the alpaca per jenny's request. i've never seen anyone so excited to hang out w/furry-llama-goat-type-things...
